World Music Day was held in the MPR from 7 to 9 p.m. in the MPR on Nov. 15, 2024. The “Old but Gold” themed concert consisted of multiple musical performances such as “Don’t Speak” by No Doubt, “La Muralla Verde” by Los Enanitos Verdes and “Suffragette City” by David Bowie. Members of Pearl Poetry performed their original poems such as “Contrast” and “Feathered Prophet.”
